What can I do if I am not satisfied with a resource I have purchased?

We want you to buy with confidence. If you are unhappy with a resource you have purchased we will issue a full refund in the form of a credit to your Tes account for the amount you've paid for it.  All we ask is that you make your request within 48 hours of purchase.  Click here to request a refund or email help@tes.com providing us with your username and the link to the resource in question.

We would also strongly encourage you to leave a review on the resource page explaining why it did not meet your needs. This is an important community service and provides the author with a chance to put the issue right.‚Äč
